"We had a lovely holiday here. Ayra was really friendly and helpful, and the house was immaculately clean, a beautiful cheese platter and bottle of bubbles there when we arrived, as it was our wedding anniversary during the week we were there. We were there in the winter, but the house was very warm, plenty of heaters and a wood heater as well. The kitchen was very well-provided with all the utensils etc you could want, the whole place was immaculately clean. Outside the scenery was spectacular, great views from the house, and it was nice and secluded but only ten minutes drive from Currie. We couldn't fault it, and would definitely stay here again when we come back to King Island, thanks Ayra!" - Jane-

"We have just returned from our first visit to King Island. We were a group of six friends (3couples) and Turnstone House suited us well. From the moment of my first contact with Ayra to the email from her checking that our trip home and stay on the island had been alright. The house was beautiful, the setting in the dunes right on the beach was idyllic. The views from the house enchanting. We drove to see a different parts of the Island each day and enjoyed what we saw but the icing on the cake was returning to Turnstone, relaxing, lighting the fire, cooking a BBQ and opening a bottle of the supplied wine. The house was clean, bread and milk were provided. Reservations were made for our first night dinner and our last day lunch, nothing was too much trouble for Ayra. "This is a unique place, The photos (as beautiful as they are) do not give the place justice. The house sits on a grassy headland, between two beautiful beaches. "Had a great 5 day stay on K.I and a well needed getaway. Much to see and not enough time. The views from our bedroom upstairs was a sight for sore eyes every morning and relaxing next to the fire with a glass of wine on our 1st wedding anniversary was great.
